I like the image of the teaspoon for myself. its ordinary, everyday, one of those utensils you grab for lots of uses that have nothing to do with tea--actually I'm not sure what its really supposed to be used for.
Spoons exist in potential, as empty spaces. They take in substance gently and in a kind of fellowship.
